- RMRoyalty MateoApr 25, 20261.030 minutes in line at this Subway and there is STILL only one employee working during rush hour. The line is out the door and barely moving. This isn’t the employee’s fault — they’re clearly trying their best — but this is absolutely horrible management. Leaving one person to run the entire store during peak hours is ridiculous and disrespectful to both the worker and the customers. If you’re planning to stop here during lunch or dinner, don’t. Unless you have 30–45 minutes to waste standing in line for a sandwich. Subway corporate seriously needs to figure out what’s going on at this location because this is one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.

The place was spotless—easily the cleanest location I’ve seen around—and everything felt fresh and well taken care of. What really made the visit stand out was the service. Ginger is an absolute pro—friendly, patient, and truly a sandwich artist. She made everything perfectly and with a great attitude. Her colleague was just as welcoming and efficient, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both cleanliness and customer service this well. Definitely my go-to Subway from now on!
