Stopped on way to a 4 day vacation for a kids meal, 2 burgers a fry and snack wrap. My wrap was inedible. Full of grissle and fries were cold. We spent 10 to 15 minutes waiting already so going back wasnt an option.

Horrible service from manager enaida or heraida and employees l. They send me to spot # 2 for more than 15 minutes give me my 2 cokes ant told me they already give me my food. I told them no I’m still waiting for my food they didn’t want to verify and then I give them my receipt.I ask for the manager name but no one new her name please, I work in customer service too. Show your managers respect and also how to train your employees. And also how the talk to each other about was going on and about their customers.
