Waiting 10 plus mins for an ice coffee pulled up to parking spot 2. Not okay, use to love this McDonald’s what’s going on the service is getting slow.

i went to McDonald today around 9:25 ish. I pulled up and there was no one in line, it wasn’t even busy inside or outside. After placing my order i pull up to the first window and wait for about 3 mins. No one’s comes so i pull up to the 2nd window and the moment i get there the manager i think (wearing a dark blue shirt) he starts yelling saying “nah you gotta go around” “you needa go around” “nah go around” a good 5xs. i told him in a calm voice that “oh im sorry, i pulled up because i didn’t see anyone and i was waiting but again my bad, but you didnt have to get loud and rude” and he slams the window. i didn’t say anything because i was in disbelief of how disrespectful that was and that could’ve been avoided with talking to me with respect like your suppose to talk to every customer at a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB. i drove around like he told me. and while waiting at the 2nd window again, 2 girls comes to the window but with their back turned and just laughing and then left. and still 2 more minutes go by and i’m still waiting to pay. while debating if i want to drive off or patiently wait for someone to come to me i look straight and see the same manager guy looking out the window to see if i was there and i thought he was coming to me, but again left and over 10 mins later i wasn’t taken care of. i was yelled at, i was ignored, and over all disrespected. By the workers you have working your store. overall horrible and this is my 2nd horrible experience. 2nd and last time coming to this mcdonald’s. ME MYSELF IS A MANAGER FOR customer service so I know what is tolerated
and what is unacceptable. and this is unacceptable.

The drive thru window was super slow today. We had 2 diet cokes. They both tasted like regular cokes. They must have the canisters mixed up. Wth?? This isn't the first time.

Food is fine when you receive your order. This McDonald’s CONSISTENTLY fails to include all items when you order ahead and they’ll park you for an extended time if you go through the drive thru and then still not include everything ordered. Would not recommend going to this one.

Great experience, server was excellent. My grandson had made the order using the app and had forgotten to include my milkshake. Our server was very sweet when she brought our order to our table, and she brought my delicious milkshake right away.
