  Unfortunately I can’t rate 0, but I order from McDonald app to delivery thru DoorDash . The driver was on time picking the order up and dropping the order off. When I open the bag fries cold as ice and same thing with the nuggets and Big Mac. I decided to call the store and who ever answered told me that was not their problem that I need to contact door dash. I ordered through McDonald app not DoorDash. What a waste of money. They act like is coming from their pocket, like the own the place and they don’t want to waste a dime not even in costumers satisfaction. Wow. Owner check into your employees their customer service is the worse.

  Terrible service at the drive thru. Should take a note from Wendy's and replace the incompetent employees with an AI system.

  This McDonald's dinning room is closed and they close between 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm and there are customers inside of the dining room at McDonald's eating and the McDonald's work said that they are closed and there are customers inside eating and it's only 9:02 pm and McDonald's closes between 10 and 11

  I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a fast food restaurant….. We just left this McDonald’s and the gentleman that took our order and payment was friendly, spoke clearly and was very polite. The gentleman that served our food was equally as nice and courteous. The food was also hot and fresh. It was really like a Chick-fil-A experience at McDonalds. Definitely a shout out.
