  We came to top golf and the front desk lady named Courtney that works here was super rude and was not understanding of the situation. We came in trying to make a reservation and the lady told us she couldn’t make it for us made everything super complicated. We understand that there were no bays available but the way she handled this situation was a disaster and very disappointing. I have been to this top golf many times and have never experienced this horrible customer service. She is very aggressive and not someone Topgolf should have at their front desk, front desk people are supposed to be welcoming and patient. We were explaining the miscommunication and she took it personally and was rolling her eyes giving us attitude instead of just taking it as constructive criticism to better her customer service. We did not come to her with attitude so we were confused when our kindness was not reciprocated back. This situation was handled horribly. I never write reviews but it was that disappointing.

  es un muy buen lugar para reírte con amigos si nadie sabe jugar golf, nos trataron bien pero tuvimos un pequeño problema en la comunicación que luego solucionaron

  Nourriture typiquement américaine 🇺🇸 Ambiance festive autour du golf ⛳️ On peut réserver et s’inscrire en ligne. Merci au manager d’avoir réglé un petit problème technique 👌🏼 Parking gratuit 🆓 Un bon moment en famille ou entre amis.

  Came by for quick game after dinner for my Nephew My host Valle was very polite helped set up and my server Diego T was excellent, came by asked if need to order and checked to make sure was going fine nice place for a good fun time .

  I come every once in a while because my kid likes the games but the service here is terrible it is like robots i came once without reservation they told me to wait 15 minutes waiter over 35 minutes then i do a reservation and get to the place in my time and the system loces me 30 minutes because the place is full and the crew doe not care it is very disrespecfful as i waited 40 minutes in my car for my play time for them to move me and tell me they can do anything just like that time to go back to the local golf clubs driving ranges where you can play on a real course and not being treated like a 100 dollar bill bad experience just come prepare to wait in the bar where for sure there is always plenty of space to spend
