  Hoy estuve visitando Negroni en Doral la verdad súper recomendado el Brunch estuvo brutal se pasa un muy buen ambiente donde se puede pasar el rato la comida estuvo buena y sobretodo los tragos. La atención súper especial nos atendió Alanís y tuvo una muy buena atención estuvo pendiente de nosotros y nos hizo unas muy buenas recomendaciones súper amable y atenta ,si llegan a visitar el lugar ,pregunten por ella si las recomiendo

  I came here for my friend’s birthday and had a great time. They were able to accommodate a table for a party of 13 without warning. I did try to make a reservation before hand but due to the party size I was unable to make it online and there was no answer when I called. I love how the whole party does not need to be present for us to be seated. Once seated, the waitress came and took our order. We asked her if it was possible to individually split our bill but she indicated she was unable to do that for a party larger than 6 but was going to ask anyways. I think she forgot to ask because she just brought one bill. Thankfully, we were able to pay with no issues. As to the food and drinks. I was impress with their happy hour menu. It definitely has options for everyone. To drink, I tried the margarita. It was good but I could not really taste the pineapple it had. As to bites, I tried the salmon nigiri and it was good. The tuna crispy rice was okay. I’ve tried better at other places. The pork belly bao buns was delicious and filling and the rock shrimp was very tasty as well. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the shrimps. The bao bun and shrimp were my favorite of the night. The service was good. I did like how the waitress brought a dessert with a candle without us asking when she realized we were celebrating a birthday. I also enjoyed the live music that they had later on in the night. Overall, I had a blast and will definitely return to try other items on the menu.

  Me deje llevar por el nombre del local ya que conozco otro Negroni en otro país.Reconozco que el lugar elegido para el cumpleaños de mi madre NO FUE EL ADECUADO. Erika fue la que me recibe, muy profesional en todo, maneja las distintas situaciones correctamente.Kevin el server 🤣 el pobre no tiene idea donde está parado anta tanta presión y bulla del local. Muy apurado, en su servicio, detalles como poner un cuchillo de carne para cortar una milanesa marcan la profesionalidad de una persona, se pidió lasagna, la salsa de tomate NO ES CASERA, es de lata.El DJ jajaja el penso que estaba en el Ultra Miami tocando, me sentaron pegado a un parlante con una señora de 84 años, no pudimos hablar prácticamente. El detalle para la cumpleañera fue lo mejor, sacaron una foto bastante interesante. En resumen MUCHO NOMBRE para un lugar que le falta evidentemente una cabeza visible (hombre) para dirigir el lugar.

  I recently visited Negroni Doral for their brunch, and it was a great experience from start to finish. We had a 10:30 AM reservation, which was perfect to enjoy a relaxed and unhurried meal. Our waitress, Alanis, took excellent care of us—she was friendly, attentive, and very professional, which really elevated the overall experience. The food did not disappoint. My favorite was definitely the steak from the grill—perfectly cooked, juicy, and incredibly tender. The salmon and the ceviche selections were also delicious and fresh, offering great variety. To top it all off, the desserts were exotic, beautifully presented, and served in just the right portions. Everything felt well-balanced, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality and experience.

  Excellent service from start to finish. The food was just as impressive—well-prepared, flavorful, and served at the right pace, which made the whole experience even better. Veronica stood out for being attentive without being intrusive, keeping everything flowing smoothly, and making sure every detail was taken care of. Her knowledge of the menu and drinks was clear, and her recommendations were on point. Service like hers elevates the entire experience—professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming.
