  Tienen que estar mas pendientes a la hora de entregar, hoy llegue para ordenar adentro del local, mi numero de orden era 668, todo bien hasta que llamaron mi orden y me la dieron, mal también de mi parte que yo siempre reviso mi orden antes de irme y hoy no lo hice si no después de ya haberme ido, al revisar mi orden había una otra orden completamente diferente a lo que yo pedi, no culpo q nadie por que entiendo la situación y son cosas que pasan pero es para estar mas precavido y pendiente

  I normally come often to this McDonald's because it's very close to where I work. However, after today, I am tempted to never return or to return only during breakfast times. The older manager that works there on Wednesdays thinks she's always right. First, the milkshake machine has not been working properly for several weeks now, if not a few months. When you order a vanilla milkshake, there's always traces of chocolate shake in it. Usually when I complain, they re-serve it, and it's then only vanilla the second time. This time, that did not occur. The manager said, it comes out like that with a little bit of chocolate, but it's vanilla. You can go ahead and taste it. I didn't feel like arguing with her. How could it be, how could it taste purely like vanilla when you can see that there's chocolate in it? You can even taste the chocolate. Secondly, because today is Wednesday, I used the 69 cents offer. I ordered some cheeseburgers and a hamburger. The person whom I ordered the hamburger for wanted the cheeseburger, so I requested for cheese to be added. The manager proceeds to tell me that I need to pay 55 cents to get cheese added to it. Then when I showed her my receipt showing her that how it's the same price when one is using the offer, regardless of whether one orders the cheeseburger or a hamburger, she says, oh no, I'm not responsible for the pricing. It's 59 cents for a hamburger. I told her, no, it's not. It's the same price for either one. I now recall that that's how it was in the past, but that's not how it is now. So I wasn't asking to try to get something free. She simply had to add cheese to the hamburger. Either way, I had to use my points to order the cheeseburger. So in the end, I didn't have to spend any extra money, but I'm upset that I had to use my points and about the whole experience This is very poor customer service.

  The tables are always dirty, and the place where you serve your drinks is a mess. The bill says it's for eating in, but they give it to you to go. Everything takes forever. I come to this place because it's close to my house, but it's terrible.

  The young man at the drive thru had the most bland personality and gave me 1 sauce for 10 pc nuggets. He wanted to charge me extra for more. Didn't even crack a smile, just trash customer service. Will be going to the one on 12th st instead. They give extra sauce.
