  Llegué al lugar y pedí comida para llevar. La Manager de allí (Rosa) estaba tratando súper mal a un empleado, llamándolo gafo. Ella nació sabiéndolo todo en mcdonald’s ? Nunca fue part time. Señora aprenda a respetar. Le debería dar vergüenza. Personas como usted no deberían trabajar en ese lugar.

  Very bad experience at this McDonald’s. The customer service is terrible, especially from the manager, who has an unprofessional and unfriendly attitude. Also, even though they offer table service with a number, they don’t follow through—instead of bringing the food to your table, they call out and practically shout for you to get up and pick it up yourself. They don’t respect the service they advertise and make customers feel uncomfortable. Definitely not recommended.

  Que lastima que un restaurante con tanta fama y servicio tenga una empleada de tan mala atención como la Sra MARIBEL todo es de mala gana y una grosera. Si no quiere trabajar nadie tiene la culpa. Merecemos buen trato

  I never rate a McDonalds but yhis team was great. Very courteous on the drive thru. We had to wait a few extra seconds for fresh fries but they apologized and told us thats what the hold up was. Great big Mac and quarter pounder w cheese. Great diet coke as usual. I hope the owner reads these. The saturday night team at 10pm was outstanding. Best service I think I've ever had at a McDonalds.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to an employee named Maribel. From the moment we pulled up to the speaker, she was already rude, and that tone continued at the window. I had placed and paid for a mobile order. At the window, she initially claimed she couldn’t find it, but then proceeded to read my name and order code back to me, so the order was clearly in the system. I offered multiple times to show her the full order details on my phone to help resolve the issue, but she refused to look at it. Instead of attempting any real solution (like checking further or restarting the system), she told me I would have to place and pay for the order again. When I asked if she could cancel it on her end since I had already paid, she refused and instead told me to contact my bank for a refund, which is a lengthy process and not an appropriate solution for an issue on their end. This situation dragged on for about an hour. At no point was I aggressive I remained in my car the entire time and told her I could wait until the order appeared. She escalated the situation, began yelling at me to leave, said she would not fulfill my order, told me I could “wait all night,” slamming the window and then called the police. I did wait for the police and calmly spoke to them an incident report was filed This could have been resolved quickly with basic troubleshooting or customer service. I understand fast food environments can be stressful, but the refusal to help, combined with the attitude and unnecessary escalation, made this an unacceptable experience.
