  As a frequent client of this place I hate to post this but my experience was disgusting. Today feb 26 at 4:45, I ordered a flatbread. The person who took my order was working the register and even removed the gloves he had on when he finished processing my transaction. However the employee who was preparing my food caught my attention immediately. With the plastic gloves on I noticed this employee scratch their head near their ear. Now I am continuing to watch, as that was not ok if they were gonna touch my food. After this still before touching my flatbread but with the same gloves on this employee touches their nose as if pinching it, then continues to the oven to remove my flatbread from the oven tray onto the wrapping paper with thee same gloves on, touching both ends of the flatbread. I would usually have said something but did not see the manager/owner and was very much in shock. I then left and ordered food down the street that I am still waiting for while I write this review. These employees need proper training. Thankfully this happened where I could see it. This is why people get sick for no reason and should be required health department training for food prepares anywhere! Common sense. I dont want your boogers on my flatbread!

  They are rarely prepared for rush hours, they never completed my order the 02/12/26 and didn't refunded me my money so yeah on top of horrible service until I get my money back if ever they also steal money from customers.

  Hoy hice una orden y aplique una promoción que tenia de un smoothie free. Llegué a la locación de Doral a las 09:09am (mi orden estaba para pick ups 09:11am) y el local sin personal, la puerta cerrada, perdí la orden y la app ni un sistema de ayuda o chat para preguntar o reclamar. Llamas al número de Google Business para esta sede e indica que el número cambio y el nuevo es desconocido.. Muy mal servicio en general.

  I have had forgotten items the last 2 times I have gone here and had it delivered (they charged me the full amount) and then when I I tried to call them their phone is disconnected. Love this chain but this is ridiculous.
