  We went today to play a virtual course for our family. We bought gloves since we were traveling. Warmer up. And the virtual courses were offline. We asked the server the issue and she tried to fix it but we later learned that there was a technology issue. We had a gentleman in a red coat come over and ask how things were. I said not good. Explained that issue. He was kind enough to remind me that there were other games to play. Lovely. Glad I spent money on gloves and drinks and the rental to be offered absolutely nothing in return other than a bill. By the way. The technology on collecting payment seemed to work just fine. Shocking. I know.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Topgolf tonight. We specifically requested a table for four hours upon arrival. The hostess instructed us to book for two, claiming it would "extend automatically every hour after." Trusting her word, we started our evening, only to be told to leave after two hours because they had overbooked. Despite explaining the initial instructions we were given, the hostess ignored us, and the manager was completely dismissive, stating there was nothing he could do. It’s a shame that a management error and staff misinformation resulted in our night being cut short. If you're planning a long session here, be warned: their verbal "guarantees" regarding extensions aren't honored.

  De verdad que venir a este sitio fue una muy mala experiencia. Estaba con mis sobrinas disfrutando del día y las senté a comer tranquilamente. De repente, la mesera se acercó de una forma muy grosera y prácticamente nos sacó de la mesa porque, según ella, el tiempo se había terminado. Lo más decepcionante fue que, al momento de pagar, se le dejó una buena propina, y aun así su actitud siguió siendo muy descortés y poco profesional. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Es inaceptable que, aun teniendo comida en la mesa, te obliguen a levantarte de esa manera y sin el mínimo respeto al cliente.

  I went here with my family to play Topgolf, it was very busy so meanwhile we were waiting on our Topgolf area to open we ate something at the restaurant. Food was quick, delicious and big portions. Service was great both at the restaurant and at the golf table, we got very well taken care of for our beverages, staff was constantly refilling our drinks. The Topgolf was very fun, included different games you could play at and good service. A lot of parking available too! Really recommend this spot!!

  First time at this location. Wow is all I can say and not in a good way. We bought Groupon as it was my daughter’s 15th birthday and this is where she wanted to go. Made a reservation and went last Saturday night. Checked in and waited for our spot. They messaged us that 210 was now available for us and to go. We went and the waiter said it was ready and go back and he would come find us. Took about 15 minutes of waiting and not bad. This was where the night went south. We order apps and drinks to start as like all other times I have been to Too Golf, we could always add more time and pay to stay. Took an hour for the apps to arrive as they said they lost the ticket. We were then told that they would give us 10 minutes to eat the food as others were waiting and we either had to leave or go finish eating in the bar. I found this insane as I said I want to pay to stay another hour. They said we couldn’t and we could go back out and go on the waitlist to get another lane. This is what happens when you don’t employ people over the age of 21 and that have no customer service skill. The waiter was awesome and was tipped for being awesome. Manager needs training especially with customer service. Btw, the Kane next to us was available. Next time a Groupon customer wants to buy more time, eat more food, you let them spend their money as that’s what Groupon is for. Otherwise businesses would just lose money. They were very nice, just don’t know what they are doing. Of course I wasn’t bringing my 3 kids to finish eating in the bar, so we left. Probably will never go back to this location for this reason.
