We hosted a 300-person event at this location, worked nonstop throughout the night, and were denied beer or a plate of food once the event was over. Our team didn’t eat or drink anything the entire time because we were focused on serving our clients. For a venue that claims to specialize in hosting events, this level of disregard for the staff and organizers is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking any events here.

The waiter rarely checked on us — my daughter even had to get up to find him just to order a drink. When we asked for the check, the waiter seemed annoyed and we noticed we were charged for an appetizer we never received. After pointing it out, it took them a long time to correct the mistake. I also asked them to remove the tip because of the poor service, and they said they did — but when I checked my credit card later, the tip had still been charged. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. We were really hoping for a nice family meal, but the service and billing issues completely ruined the experience.

Forgot part of our order, that all four of our party remembered me ordering, then after being gone for more than 30 min I hunted someone else down he said "I wouldve remembered that, you didnt order that". Also never received napkins until one of our party got it on the way back from the bathroom. Barely saw him didnt catch his name.
