On December 24th, 2025, around 1:30, I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong Subway location, which was about 40 minutes away. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I tried calling the restaurant to cancel the order. A female employee answered the phone and told me, “hold on, I’ll call you back.” She never called back. After waiting a few minutes, I called again. This time, she seemed to have difficulty speaking English and hung up on me. I tried calling several more times, and she continued to hang up without helping or explaining anything. I was simply trying to cancel an order, but no one assisted me and the issue was never resolved. Very disappointing customer service.
