  This location is blatantly lying. I arrived at approximately at 8:45am, only to find a locked door and an employee waving me off. Then the employee proceeded to hold up a sign from inside the store stating that this location doesn't open until 10:00am. Someone is lying and that's not how business is conducted. I'm pissed. My time, gas, and patience were wasted. I wish there was an option for 0 stars! This is false advertisement. Now the 10am sign is posted at the door, something isn't right about this. Someone is lying 🤬🤬🤬

  Note: English and Spanish version I went to this Subway around 9:00 PM, even though the store closes at 11:00 PM, and the experience was very disappointing. The service from a staff member who seemed experienced was extremely poor. She had a bad attitude, rushed us, and showed no interest, clearly trying to make us leave quickly. Several items were prepared incorrectly and carelessly, with no effort or professionalism. The contrast was obvious compared to an older employee who was in training, who was polite and actually tried to do her job well. This kind of service is unacceptable while the store is still open. Very bad customer experience. I would not return unless customer service improves. Fui a este Subway alrededor de las 9:00 p. m., cuando el local cierra a las 11:00 p. m., y la experiencia fue muy mala. La atención por parte de una empleada aparentemente experimentada fue pésima. Desde el inicio nos trató con mala actitud, apuro y desgano, como si quisiera que nos fuéramos rápido. Nos sirvió mal varios productos, sin cuidado y con evidente falta de interés. La diferencia fue clara en comparación con una señora que estaba en entrenamiento, quien sí mostró educación y mejor disposición. Es inaceptable recibir este tipo de trato cuando el local aún está abierto y faltaban horas para el cierre. Una experiencia muy decepcionante. No volvería a este lugar si no mejoran el servicio al cliente.

  My name is Amine (A-M-I-N-E), and this is my first time ever writing a Google review. On December 24th, 2025, around 1:30, I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong Subway location, which was about 40 minutes away. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I tried calling the restaurant to cancel the order. A female employee answered the phone and told me, “hold on, I’ll call you back.” She never called back. After waiting a few minutes, I called again. This time, she seemed to have difficulty speaking English and hung up on me. I tried calling several more times, and she continued to hang up without helping or explaining anything. I was simply trying to cancel an order, but no one assisted me and the issue was never resolved. Very disappointing customer service.
