This was my first time trying this place because I was really craving sushi and it was one of the only spots open late. I ended up spending about $90 on three rolls and a salad, so I was definitely expecting a better experience.
Unfortunately, the seaweed salad was not enjoyable, the seaweed tasted extremely fishy to the point where I couldn’t eat it. The sushi itself didn’t taste bad, but it didn’t feel fresh or carefully prepared. It felt more mass-produced than handcrafted, and for the price point, I was expecting something that tasted and felt higher quality.
I also waited around 40 minutes for my order, which added to the disappointment. Overall, I personally wouldn’t recommend it, especially considering there are other sushi spots that offer better quality for a lower price.
Maybe I caught them on an off night, but based on this experience, I don’t see myself returning.
