- NCNatalia chastreJan 2, 20263.0I bought 2 cinnamon crunch bagels for my daughter, and unfortunately it tasted horrible. I went back to ask for an exchange, thinking it was maybe a bad batch. The staff was very kind, helping me immediately. They did not hesitate to changed the product, but the taste was still the same. It tastes sour, mixed with a putrid, puke-like aftertaste (its honestly indescribable). I read that they changed the way they make the bagels now (im not sure if its true). If its true, the change was not for good and it was a horrible decision! I hope Panera reviews the recipe and brings back the old taste. I will not buy it again, but three stars for the excellent customer service.
