  Every single employee here has a heart felt warm welcome. Especially the 3 assistant female managers. I love Paneras coffee and order breakfast on weekends when General manager is not there. He has his favorite customers who he greets and there those for some odd reason red laser beams goes rights thru you…. So I avoid having any contact with him. 4 stars because of General managers selective customers me not being one of them which is fine by me. First Watch is just feet away

  Never being there before. But liked it a lot. Great service, fast, and great flavors (I’m not a soup person but loved the potato soup with 1/2 turkey sandwich).

  For the first time I’m taking lunch in this restaurant and I love for the service and the manager her name is adrina nice and professional I’m explain to her about my bred sandwich a was to much toast when I’m trying to talk to her she was very nice and my salad a was to much yellow and she’s made me new order and I’m proud bout this lady how she communicates in sing language

  I bought 2 cinnamon crunch bagels for my daughter, and unfortunately it tasted horrible. I went back to ask for an exchange, thinking it was maybe a bad batch. The staff was very kind, helping me immediately. They did not hesitate to changed the product, but the taste was still the same. It tastes sour, mixed with a putrid, puke-like aftertaste (its honestly indescribable). I read that they changed the way they make the bagels now (im not sure if its true). If its true, the change was not for good and it was a horrible decision! I hope Panera reviews the recipe and brings back the old taste. I will not buy it again, but three stars for the excellent customer service.
