I only asked him to serve me wine, and he told me that what I was trying to do was humiliate him. He responded in a rude and arrogant manner and would not stop arguing with me. Employees like this should not be working in an establishment like this. If he does not like his job, he should find another one. He has very poor customer service and made my night very unpleasant. Management should make sure that when hiring staff, they choose people who genuinely enjoy treating customers with respect.
