He’s been rude before, but this time he went way too far. Instead of talking to us or even checking what was going on, he just snatched the bag like we were doing something wrong. I told him to just ring us up correctly and asked for a receipt, especially since he never puts paper in the machine. It’s always some kind of issue with this place. I get that most of the workers here are young, but that’s exactly why a manager needs to actually supervise. And honestly, the manager had no idea what he was doing. He didn’t handle anything, didn’t step in properly, and somehow managed to make it feel like we were the problem. He made my whole family feel like we were trying to steal, which was completely disrespectful and unnecessary. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems at this location, but it’s definitely the worst experience so far. The attitude, the lack of training, and the overall disrespect from the staff are unacceptable. No family should ever be treated this way, and a manager shouldn’t allow this kind of behavior from anyone on their team.
