La máquina no emitió ticket y, aun habiendo pagado, la empleada se negó a darme mi pedido porque supuestamente no aparecía en el sistema. Estuve esperando más de 40 minutos mientras me decían que la comida ya se había entregado a otra persona, cosa que claramente no era cierta. La actitud de la encargada fue totalmente deficiente: evitaba mirarme, no respondía a mis consultas y parecía más interesada en evadir la situación que en resolver el problema. Fue necesario levantar la voz y exigir hablar con un gerente para que finalmente me entregaran lo que ya había pagado. Una experiencia que me hizo perder tiempo, energía y paciencia. El servicio al cliente necesita ser revisado urgentemente; esto no es lo que se espera de un restaurante de esta cadena.
