Despite placing my order online, it was still prepared incorrectly. I ordered the Lomo Saltado Divino, but was given a regular Lomo Saltado instead. I had to wait while they fixed it, and during that time no one even offered a cup of water or acknowledged the inconvenience. When they finally brought out the Lomo Saltado Divino, it honestly looked like the same regular dish with just a fried egg added on top. It didn’t feel like any real effort was made to correct the mistake. Very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food.

I ordered my dinner via their website and was disappointed when I received it. I immediately sent it back and they remedied it immediately. When I got back to my office and checked their website I realized I was the one at fault, because I had ordered the wrong dish, and they nevertheless changed it to what I actually wanted without even telling me of my error. Great customer service for a not so great customer. Thank you and will definitely be back.

Food is overpriced and overrated, I ordered a Jalea and it came dry, cold, and with mussels so dry, I couldn't pick them out of their shells, two shrimp, and instead of sea bass for fish, I think they used that cheap Chinese fish. My partner order a combo, ceviche, fried rice and Jalea, the ceviche and rice were ok, nothing great. Prices were very high, and service was corteous but not what you would expect. I don't think I'd go back there again, there are hundreds of better choices for half the price.

After seeing all the 5-star reviews, I honestly expected more. As someone who grew up eating Peruvian food, this place felt overrated. Service was the biggest issue. Yes, it was busy—but our waitress was barely present. Drinks were refilled only twice in an hour, and it was nearly impossible to ask for anything without waiting so long that our food would’ve gone cold. The food itself was underwhelming. I ordered chicken chaufa, which was fine but lacked flavor and would’ve been much better with the spicy orange sauce they served with the complimentary fries (an odd pairing, by the way). I’ve had better Peruvian food from small mom-and-pop spots in Hialeah. My husband ordered the ceviche trio—one option included Peruvian olives, which are extremely bitter, and he couldn’t finish it. What really stood out (in a bad way) was being told that the vegetarian ceviche contains raw fish in the leche de tigre. I’m pregnant and specifically asked because I was hoping for a safe alternative—vegetarian should mean no fish. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is that they did replace one ceviche my husband didn’t like with another flavor. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend this place and don’t plan on returning.
