  I ordered my food online when I went to pick it up. There was a big line for pick up at the serving area. You could see several bowls already put together with their lids off while the gentleman continue to make other food. The people who are waiting for their pick up we’re all getting a little frustrated seeing all that food just sitting there getting cold. The gentleman then left all the food on the table and started to ring up people. I kindly approach him and ask him to please cover up the food that was already prepared so that it wouldn’t get cold while people were waiting for him to pack it up. He apparently was very bothered by my request ignored me then another young lady who heard me went over and covered up the food. Lucky me. It was my food that was getting cold when I told the gentleman that he had forgotten to serve me the cheese he was very bothered. I understand that they might’ve been shortstaffed, but I find it to be unacceptable to prepare people‘s food and leave them open where they could get bugs in them as well as get cold. No one orders their food to take home and wants to open up cold food very upset at this young man’s attitude he could care less.

  Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle (2000 NW 87th Ave Ste 1, Doral, FL 33172) I had a very unpleasant experience while being served at this Chipotle. They were training a new employee, and she was serving very small portions. I politely asked if she could add a bit more, and before she could even respond, another employee —someone who already works there— came over with a very bad attitude. Right in front of me, she started scolding the trainee, telling her she was serving too much and that she couldn’t do it that way. She even said that if she added more, not only would it be considered “extra” for me, but it would also cause the store to lose money. Comments like that should never be made in front of a customer. The bowl was already served, and it should have been left as is. The attitude of this woman was completely inappropriate: rude, abrupt, and with no customer service skills at all. I also own a restaurant, and I know very well that there are proper ways to address customers and to train new staff without embarrassing them in front of anyone. What I experienced today was far from professional service. I’m very disappointed with the Chipotle brand. It’s a shame that such a well-known franchise allows this type of behavior, and honestly, this will most likely be the last time I eat at this location. The food is usually good, but the customer service here definitely needs improvement.

  Horrible customer service!!! Wait over 30 min for plain rice, even those I Asked for a manager to one of the staff that call her attention but she completely ignored me, she was also very rode with her employees A company well kno like this should train a bit more them staff . I love this concept but as a restaurant business man I will definitely suggest to improve in terms of customer service I will not go back in this location.
