Every bite was delicious, and the kitchen clearly uses fresh ingredients. The owner, Amaris Jones, was incredibly friendly and seems to cook with her own taste and warmth—the result is a menu that feels as vibrant as her personality.

It was sharp and large enough to cut and get stuck in between my teeth. The real danger here is that I ordered the salad for an elderly person who couldn’t finish it.

The chicken was thick and flavorful and the bun was the perfect way to bring it home. I also had the Sweet Potato Biscuit and it too blew me away with a nice cup of coffee I had with it back at the office. This was more than worth the trip to the Shoma Bazaar, which is apparently where the young, cool, and beautiful people of Doral commiserate!
