  Pamela was a great waitress very attentive. It was my husband’s and my first time. Food was delicious and the ambience definitely delightful. Our appetite grew by the second seeing the flabbergasting plates!

  Desde que entré al lugar ya la atención es muy amable y amigable. Fui a conocer el milkshake de dulce de leche y al área de juegos con mi hijo . El sector de niños lo destaco por su limpieza y orden . El milkshake excelente y rico ! En todo momento estaban atento si necesitaba bien o si necesitaba algo. El menú de variedad de comidas es muy variado y rico . Obviamente que voy a volver . Felicito al team de Bocas Grill Doral .

  We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The service provided was excellent and greatly enhanced our meal. The food itself was exceptional and we were very pleased with the quality. We would highly recommend this establishment to others. It was truly a memorable occasion. Waiter was Pamela super nice!

  Si vas a un restaurante Latino en una parada rápida por una colada y ves el lugar, te fascina, revisas el menú y todo, absolutamente todo se te antoja y prometes volver para probar la cocina. Pides una colada y te dan un café con mucha azúcar sin la crema natural de un expresso, un café para la pena. Lo vuelves hacer y de paso con mala gana (a excepción de la host que me acompañó en la Indignación) Vuelves a recibir el Café y no es más que un expresso mal hecho que además de cuesta más de 5 dólares. ESTE NO ES EL LUGAR PARA COMER Y MUCHO MENOS INVITAR A TUS AMIGOS O FAMILIA. Muchas veces el lugar tiene la mejor inversión y esfuerzo puesta por los dueños o el grupo empresarial y son los propios empleados quienes guiados por un mal Management Team hacen quedar mal al restaurante. Que pena. Espero puedan capacitar más a su personal! Que vergüenza! If you stop by a Latin restaurant just for a quick colada, see the place, fall in love with it, check the menu, and everything looks amazing — so much that you promise yourself to come back to try the food — you expect at least a good coffee. Instead, I was served an overly sweet coffee with no natural espresso crema. I asked again, and it was done with a bad attitude (except for the host who understood my frustration and was kind). The second time, I received nothing more than a poorly made espresso that cost over $5. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO EAT — and definitely not a place to invite friends or family. Many times, the owners invest a lot of money and effort into a restaurant, but it’s the employees — guided by poor management — who end up damaging the business’s reputation. What a shame. I truly hope they invest more in staff training.
