  La comida muy rica pero pésimo Servicio de atención al cliente,PESIMO ,no es la primera ves ya hemos varias veces y siempre nos hacen lo mismo,tienen mala actitud para atender a sus clientes,mal trato,mala cara,mal carácter,te hacen esperar para hacerte la orden,pésimo Servicio lo bueno del establecimiento lo echan a perder con el servicio que brindan que hacen sentir al consumidor mal

  We came to Bocas House in Doral for my sister’s 50th birthday celebration, and Jose provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was attentive, sweet, organized, and always one step ahead. With a large group, he got every order correct and made sure everyone was taken care of. His professionalism and warm energy truly stood out and helped make the celebration memorable.   La atención en este lugar súper mala. La mesera no tiene cultura de servicio en lo absoluto. Pedimos una parrilla de 65$ que no tenía nada de carne y el pollo estaba frío. Pagamos esa cantidad de dinero por arepas, tostones y yuca porque de eso era lo que mas tenía. Aparte el sabor muy malo. No lo recomiendo para nada. 👎 pedimos una jalea de entrada y eso era solo yuca frita y unos pedazos de pescado.

  I recently visited this restaurant and had a frustrating experience. We chose to sit outside, where there were already other tables with people smoking tobacco. Because of that, my boyfriend stepped outside to smoke as well. Shortly after, the manager came out and told our table that smoking was not allowed. What didn’t make sense is that it was around 2:30 PM, the restaurant was mostly empty, In fact, there were other people smoking at nearby tables, 3 tables outside they all had cigars. A total of 5 people sitting outside that it. Like I said if it’s busy happy hour or just lost of people outside I get it. I completely understand enforcing policies during busy times like happy hour when more guests are around, but in this case, the restaurant wasn’t crowded and no one else was affected. It felt unnecessary and a bit unfair given the situation. I hope management can be more consistent and reasonable with how rules are enforced, especially when it impacts the customer experience.
