  Spend 15 minutes waiting at the counter just to pay for my order. Being ignored or told someone will be with you soon. If your working and are on lunch break dont come here or you will spend all your time waiting for help or for your food.

  Terrible service. Got home to find half of the food I ordered for my family was missing. Very upsetting for the children that wanted me to pick up McDonalds. Called the store...No answer. I have reached out to multiple customer assistance channels for McDonalds and nothing has been done yet. It has now been 3 weeks and they have not returned my money. How can a company like McDonalds charge me for food that I never received, and do nothing to reimburse me? Management at this store should be ashamed at their lack of effort or concernt to make it right.

  Not body in the lobby I am waiting 5 minutes and 2 employee play with the cellphone. The tables dirty , but the 2 employee have time play with the phone in work .

  Not great service but it's McDonalds you get what you pay for though each one is different but every one in Orlando Florida has been horrible customer service but I don't live here so maybe I just caught a few rude people but I'll be eating at McDonalds again just in tennessee.
