  Service was horrible. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple order of wings. When I brought this up they said that I should have been told that it was 18 minutes to get an order. I had not been. I was on a time crunch and if I had been told it would be that long I would have done something else. They made no effort to make this situation right. I will not visit this location again.

  What a horrible experience! I just spent $60 on wings that I had to throw in the trash. I didn't receive the amount I ordered just a few tiny wing pieces. This is truly terrible, not to mention that the fries were inedible: burnt and soaked in oil. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

  The food was literally disgusting and in a puddle of oil. The employees were rude to my door-dasher. They gave me a warm sprite with no ice that was filled 3/4ths the way. They also didn’t put the 5 dollars worth of ranch I bought. I paid 50 dollars for food that I threw away.

  This Wingstop advertises opening hours at 10 AM. We specifically waited around to come here and order wings to go. I called at 10 AM and no one answered so just decided to order when we got there. Arrived about 1015 and was told they were not open yet and would not be open for orders until after 1030. I really think they should advertise the correct hours for actual service. We did not stick around any longer to order. Very disappointing.

  I came in and I told the cashier to let me have the 6 piece, Hawaiian and another spicy flavor now I told the Jamaican guy called Johnathan to choose for me ( thinking he could provide me with a recommendation since I’m not exactly a fan and it’s my bay have me craving wings) he said I should look at the list and choose for myself. I asked him to let the other guy(Jamie) serve me since he’s always good at recommending. (The first time I decided to try Wingstop due to cravings, Jamie was the one who recommended it, and I’ve been hooked since then) Now this guy Johnathan starts to complain that I have a whole lot of attitude and he can tell the others not to serve me and tell me to leave. Keep in mind there were others in the store and he was raising his voice talking shit. But I could never lower myself to his level because at this point there was no customer service provided and even the other employees had to be telling him to stop. Johnathan must believe because we are both Jamaicans it’s ok to behave the way he did but we weren’t all raised in the ghetto- assuming that’s where he was raised based on his behavior of course. When Jamie came to serve me, (also Jamaican) I repeated the same thing. I want the Hawaiian and another spicy flavor. Immediately, he recommended the Habanero, now that’s customer service! I now hate Wingstop and y’all need to teach and train him in customer service. Also, I was told he’s the one frying the wings and I think he intentionally had me waiting forever! Got there at 10:24pm and left at 11pm pretty much.
