  Not that my local review will make a dent but the Wendy's here in Destin is charging over double the online advertised price. Employee response “after you enter your address on the app you’ll see the correct price” I live 5 miles away and picked up in person.

  Visited Wendy's in Destin on Sunday, March 22nd at approximately 2pm. Not very busy and I was the only one in line to order. Stood in line waiting to order for almost 15 minutes. I finally asked the young lady to please take my order but she said that she could not at that time as she was busy packing orders for drive through customers. I counted at least 4 employees, plus a manager working. I asked to see the manager who informed me that they were short staffed and to be patient. When I asked him to please take my order, he declined, told me to have a blessed day and walked away. The absolute worst customer service! The manager could have cared less when I told him that I would just go elsewhere. The manager of this Wendy's obviously needs additional training in knowing how to effectively operate a fast food restaurant. I live in the area and will not be dining there, or try to dine there again.

  Don’t waste’s your time. Takes extremely long to get your food. Was not worth the 25 min wait. Staff was nice but just not worth the wait. They need more staff at the counter. The group in front of us had so many messed up orders and just kept coming back also delaying things. This is the third time in here and it’s just not worth the amount of time and frustrations. It’s also just used and gross. Tables left dirty seats ripped and grime everywhere.

  Whoever the manager is working here today should promptly be promoted to customer. This would be a 1 star rating, but I’ve never seen this store like this before, and likely won’t go back. I walk up the the door, broken, have to walk around the other side, go in and the store is filthy, all the trash cans full with garbage sticking out the top, trash on the floor. I stand at the counter at least 5 minutes without being even acknowledged, the store was not busy. The dining room empty, except for garbage, only 5 cars in the drive thru. There was more employees than customers and I couldn’t even get a “be with you in a minute”. I understand deliveries, I didn’t like them as a manager either, but shut them off if you can’t keep pace enough to handle dining room customers. I left without getting food, I should’ve left the minute I saw the store condition, but was hungry and in a hurry.

  This is getting one star because I had to drive to Starbucks. I even asking to have my drink remade. I still got a cup full of sweet cream the second time watered down. I’m sorry but look at the cup there isn’t any coffee in it. I wouldn’t be upset by that minor inconvenience but I also order a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. It doesn’t have egg on it..
