  Shane was the absolute bomb !!!! he had amazing customer service and made sure that my family enjoyed our time there ! and when I say he was extremely prompt with our service and made sure all of our needs were met I mean it!!!!!!! We loved it ❤️

  It was a last minute thing for a large group of 18. Our host James, was extremely helpful, with a great attitude. He was able to get us two lanes together, all shoes, and the lanes properly set up for us. He answered all our questions and was just awesome as well. We had a server Landon who was knowledgeable on the menu, giving great suggestions, brought out the food out In a timely manner. The food was above average for a bowling alley. For our large family vacation this was a great place to end the night! Thanks James and Landon and all the other staff.

  The 2 men working apparently found out they can discriminate if they just make up long wait times. Empty bowling lanes, listened to them give a lane to a group in front of us, and then tell us they close soon and we could come back tomorrow at 11. It was 3 hours before close. First he said they were reserved, but I asked how to do that since the website says you can’t, and he said oh, no we have a wait list. 😒 Waited 5 minutes for the man by the dining room to bother to come over to the host stand, and tell us it would be 45 minutes. Dining room was half empty. I guess if you’re on a list and no-show they don’t continue on the list… or they’re discriminating.

  I brought my grand children to play in the arcade after we had lunch.They said that my grand daughters had 7000 points. They picked out a stuffed animal and it was given to them. They employee comes back and say it was a glitch and we need to give the prize back. A manager was called and had a chance to make it right and did not . What a joke !! Don’t waste your money there. They don’t know how to treat people.

  The manager Anthony went out of his way to help not just me , but everyone on spring break to make the experience for absolutely everyone in the bowling , eating & arcade ! How he handled all of that with a smile the whole time .! Is beyond my comprehension .! And the young lady working at the desk in the front of the store was so super amazing.! I feel bad I lost her name in my mind , because she said hi every time I came in “I came in 4 times in 7 days down there” she even remembered my name & all 3 Of my kids names. Because of Anthony and the young lady , instead of one time, I came back 3 more times .! & probably spent with food & games around $400 each time. Not that it matters but that’s about $1,200 -$1,550 more then I would’ve if not for how I was treated , & how I saw ANTHONY TREATING EVERYONE. When I see a company with an employee like Anthony and the young lady upfront, I have to make sure I let it be known , I have a company I reward my employees who go above and beyond , and I was there 4 plus times and saw it every single Time . Your company is extremely lucky to have the employees you do . I’ll be back next year and this summer again and bet I’m coming back in .!
