  Worst customer service ever! The lady was so rude, game me literally one single slice of onion and when I asked for more she had a nasty attitude and gave me one single more! She added ranch when I didn’t not even asked! She is the kind of person that makes you angry, must hate her job so bad that it reflects loudly !!! Hate it here! Should have known not to try it when I had tried the night before and I got there 40 minutes before closing and she yelled at us that it was closed already, and mind you the door was open and it was 40 minutes prior to closing time! She needs to find a different job or someone needs to give her a hug !

  I had a disappointing experience at this Destin Subway location. When ordering my sandwich, I politely asked for extra lettuce. The employee preparing my sub told me I couldn’t have any more because they needed to “save it for other customers who might come in later.” I understand managing inventory, but the way it was communicated came across as unprofessional and dismissive. It made me feel like my order wasn’t valued. If there are portion limits due to supply, that’s understandable — but it should be explained courteously or handled differently. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately this interaction didn’t reflect that.

  A female, Jamaican employee didn't use gloves when boxing cookies and refused to add pickles to my order even after the promotion stated on the menu that add ons were additional and I offerred to pay extra. The people in line behind me agreed that Subway is not known to operate in these manners.

  Sandwich was good, got my order promptly, no service when I walked through the door to pick up a mobile order such as “welcome in”

  Went in to get a Chicken Bacon Ranch for dinner and when we got to the veggies, the lady counted out 4 pickles. When I asked for more she laughed at me and said only 2 more. Everything else about the sandwich was normal, didn't ask for anything else extra. Guess its not 'Have it your way' anymore. Dissapointed.
