  Terrible service, over twenty minute waits with no response from staff, staff has closed the building down while I was waiting for food and said nothing to me, expecting me to just leave

  Waited for 15 minutes to place order. Waited another 10 to get the food. And they gave us the wrong order. Got a bunch of free food because of all the bs but not good for business.

  I am currently sitting at the order box. I have been here for 20 minutes without anybody saying a word to me. I’m just chilling out to see how long it takes. Update: took 40 mins to get my food. Don’t waste any lunch break here!!

  WORST EVER - ordered via the app. Waited thirty minutes and pressed the red button, no answer. Flagged down an employee and asked where’s our food. Came out with the wrong order. Next the manager comes out and asked where’s our receipt. Told no GM, new personnel and filling door dash ahead of on site orders. Next order out, felt cold but manager said he just made it. Wrong order again (wrong drink order, no condiments, no napkins) and everything cold. Onion rings taste like mildewed and rotten. Stay away from Sonic in Destin. Need a health department inspection ASAP and new management.

  The WORST experience we’ve had at this location. We are locals and i frequent this sonic at least 6 times a week if not more. We have a great relationship with the staff and the General manager, Victoria, is the best. However, tonight we went to get dinner after both of us having very long days at work. Crystal was HORRENDOUS. Horrible attitude. Horrible service. After sitting for 30 minutes waiting for our mobile order, we didn’t get what we ordered and then she forgot straws for our 4 drinks. My fiance went back up to the window to get straws and Crystal said “God Damn. What now?!” and then opened the window and said “what?!”. The food ended up being stale as well. Will have a conversation with the GM about it in the morning, but probably will not be coming back to this Sonic again after this.
