  We were sat pretty quickly but it took about 15 minutes to get our drink orders. By then we had decided on food. She took our dinner order then it was 45 minutes before we got our food. She had came to pur table after about 25 minutes and said sometimes it takes a long time. We had come at 5 on a Friday. It wasn't too busy when we arrived. We finally got our food, the salmon was dry and the battered fish my partner got was flavorless. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is the waitress got us a discount for the wait. Otherwise it would've been a 1.

  As a local, I was shocked by the lack of quality here during a Friday lunch visit. After paying $20 to park, the meal itself was a massive letdown. The fish tasted frozen, and the $25.99 nachos (which had almost no cheese or chili beans) were stale; you’d get a better meal at Taco Bell. ​Our server, Nyasha, was unfriendly and it took 35 minutes to even get water to the table. It’s a sad state of affairs when the best part of a restaurant experience is the balloon animal guy and not the actual food or service. Definitely not recommending this to anyone."

  We took our family of 6 to Margaritaville tonight and we left disappointed and still hungry. We are visiting from out of town and were looking forward to good food and a fun environment to take our family to. We ordered from all over the menu- sirloin, fish and chips, fish tacos, ribs, grilled shrimp, and Mac & cheese. The fish tacos were the best of those things and they weren’t even served as described, But they were really the only thing with any flavor. The plates were mostly empty which is more than disappointing at $30 a plate. The fish and chips had absolutely no flavor what so ever. The mac and cheese was boxed Kraft Mac and cheese and was very dry. The grilled shrimp unseasoned and looked more like cocktail shrimp than anything grilled. Most of us got fries for our side and they weren’t done or crisp at all. Our waitress was great, but overall for a $200 that only included 1 alcoholic drink and 3 waters- to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. I was ordering a carry out pizza before we left the table.

  Our server Angel was super friendly and nice. He checked in on us frequently and was very helpful and polite. The view was lovely and it was nice watching the sun set on the bay. The food and drinks however was not really worth it. It all looked good ut looks were very deceiving as taste did not match the look. I got the fish tacos and the rice and beans were completely bland and the rice was undercooked. The tacos themself were just ok and was mostly salsa with very little actual fish. My boyfriend got the fish and chips and his fish had a really weird, slimy and chewy texture to some. Not exactly the texture you want for fish. I ordered a drink since you can't be in Margaritaville without a drink and it was the weakest drink I've ever had. The flavor was nice but I don't think there was hardly any actual alcohol in it since I couldn't taste anything or feel anything from it. And for almost $14 a drink I really wish it would have been better then it was. They also add in a "harbor fee" which is not disclosed anywhere on the menu or at the front desk. So the view, one of the only really nice things about the night, we were charged for unknowingly. Overall an ok experience but probably will not be returning.

  Great music! The service was so slow, we don’t even eat. Got it to go instead. Waited over an hour for the food which was awful. Ordered ribs because they were out of steak. On a Wednesday. Seems like poor management. The place was crowded and so hot. All these fans and not one moving. Why? Right on the water with the windows open and everyone was sweating. It’s extremely overpriced, $150 for terrible food and awful service with sweat flop. Stay away from this trap! Go for the music, not the food or margaritas. Which is kinda ironic being Margaritaville…
