  Everyone at this store deserves a raise. The donuts are SO good. I’m from TN and our KKs out there are really heavy hit and miss and they never taste like these do 😭💔 seriously so good.

  Today my family and I went into this shop with a positive attitude ready to start out our last day in Destin with a free, hot, Krispy Kreme donut since the sign was lit up. Customers before us received donuts but because we were in a group of four the workers refused to give them to us even though their sign was still on. The worker that helped us was extremely rude and just wanted us to get our stuff and leave, she just put our receipt on the box without a word and went on to help other people. Overall this was a vey disappointing experience and we will not be coming back anytime soon.

  On Sunday March 15th, 2026, I went through the drive through at this location and placed an order. While telling the employee what I wanted, she told me it would be cheaper if I ordered in a different way and I replied it's fine I'm not worried about the money I'd like it the way I ordered it. She being to make noises like a child having a fit and yelling at me... I politely ask her not to yell at me and finished ordering. When I arrived at the window, she had my order wrong, so I corrected her and she being raising her voice at me again.. so I parked and went it. Whomever the gentleman is that claimed to be the manager (some man in a gray shirt) tried to continue the conversation, I told him I don't need him to talk to me, that he needs to talk to his employee (whom had ran to the back as I parked) I just wanted my doughnuts that I paid for so I could go. The gentlemen kept trying to talk to even after I told him I had no desire to speak to him that I just wanted what I paid for. Then the man threated to call law enforcement on me and have me trespassed because I told him not to speak to me. Ms. Marva packed my doughnuts so I could avoid speaking to the gentleman. The little skinny white lady, with tattoos on her face and skull cap needs to be fired if she doesn't like her job... she should never speak to customers in that tone or way.

  Great experience at Krispy Kreme today. Jan was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She offered us free samples and was very helpful while we were deciding what to order. Her kindness and great attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Jan, for making our day a little sweeter. 🍩😊

  I came from Houston, where it’s hard to find Krispy Kreme these days, so I was very surprised and happy to see this place on the way to the beach. We went in excited and saw so many tempting options! We got a special dozen along with the original glazed, and I was very happy to try them again after such a long time. The lady working there was very kind and patient, and she was willing to help us choose as well. The place was very nice, clean, and the donuts were delicious!
