  I want to love Joe’s because I have fond memories of Joe’s Crab Shack. This location is underwhelming and disappointing at best. Overpriced, tasteless, microwaved food. Our server was inattentive due to also being tasked as a food runner. I don’t care what stations you are tasked to be at. If you take on the responsibility of being a server, then that should be the priority. Don’t tell me you are good at being a runner so you are going to do both, not everyone is a skilled multi-tasker.

  They food lacks flavor and the excuse for that is "some people are allergic to seasonings". You barely use salt and pepper because someone might have an allergy to seasonings? Nonsense. I told our server we were unhappy with the food when she asked how we were doing but we were going to pay and go home. She got her manager who was patronizing and kept saying "you ate most of the food" even after we told her that we're obviously having a huge culture clash. Throwing away food is considered a sin just like not seasoning your food. We had a 2 hour drive back home and we were starving. It didn't make sense to keep sending food to the kitchen when it's obvious they can't cook. We never asked for the manager or the discount. Her repeating the same thing as if we wanted a free meal was condescending.

  We were next door at Bubba Gump’s and a 20 min wait turned into an hour. I called over to Joe’s to see how long their wait was and they told me 25 min. We figured we would tough it out and stay where we were. Shortly after, I got a phone call from Joe’s (which I was not expecting) and they said come on over!! So we left and went next door and they sat us right away. Drew and Autumn were excellent in their customer service and I was very impressed with the fact that they called me back when they had a table available. On top of that, the food was soooo delicious. I was very happy this evening! ❤️❤️❤️

  I had such a wonderful time here. The bartender Bailey was absolutely AMAZING!! Made my experience beautiful!! Doing the damn thing! Until one guest made a scene over a refill water needed right then and there. & Michelle the bartender/manager went over and started screaming with guest they made a scene and then gave Bailey a hard time and I’m not okay with that. It should have been handled completely different. As a bartender myself I think Bailey is extremely exceptional 🙏🏼🙌🏼

  I was really disappointed with my experience at Joe’s Crab Shack. The food was extremely overcooked and lacked seasoning, which made it hard to enjoy. On top of that, the portions were surprisingly small for the price. Even my niece looked at her plate and said she was still going to be hungry. What made it even more frustrating was the long wait time especially considering the restaurant was nearly empty. It honestly felt like the food had been sitting or over-prepared, which might explain both the delay and the quality. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations at all. For the prices they charge, they can and should do much better.
