The food was alright for what it was but not anything crazy or worth coming back for, but the service has been AWFUL, some of the worst service I've experienced in a while food took forever to come out and it took like almost 2+ hours for fairly average food me and family were sat at 2:15 and i was finished getting food at 4:00 when we ordered all of our food and I ordered my mac attack chicken sandwich I didn’t even come in with the other food so we had to wait even longer for that to come in overall, terrible service not worth the time DO NOT EAT HERE

Do Not Eat Here I had a frustrating experience here on April 5th. A member of our party is a bariatric patient and requested to order a kids meal due to medical dietary restrictions and portion size needs. The staff refused, stating it was against policy, even after we explained the situation. This felt unnecessarily rigid and lacking in compassion. Not everyone asking for a smaller portion is trying to “game the system”—sometimes it’s a legitimate health need. It also leads to unnecessary food waste when full portions are forced. The interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and we left. I would strongly encourage management to reconsider this policy or allow reasonable exceptions.

We have eaten here 3 times and have had the same experience each time. Which is why we debated going for our 4th visit. The food is great! The atmosphere is cool but the robot that brings your food has more personality than the staff. After waiting 10 minutes to be greeted at our table a server acknowledged us and said she could grab us drinks. I asked if we could order and was told no that we couldn’t because there were others who needed to order first. There were 4 seated tables all with food and 3 people at the bar. We were the only table sitting without food. Again, we expected poor service but the options are limited prior to a movie. Eat before you go.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) 2 adults and 1 child ended up costing almost $90 for what should have been a simple burger meal. We ordered two cheeseburger plates and a kids cheeseburger, and the experience just went downhill from there. The fried pickles came out first and were so greasy we literally had to press them between napkins just to eat them. A robot delivered the food (which was fine), but it didn’t bring the dipping sauce. We waited almost 10 minutes before our waitress came back, and when she did, she brought one tiny 2 oz sauce cup for three people. When the burgers arrived, both adult plates had onion rings. The menu says meals come with fries, but we were never told we’d be charged full price to substitute onion rings — an extra $6 each, plus $1.25 for cheese and $2 for bacon. One burger plate ended up being almost $25, which was shocking for the quality. The onion rings were also very greasy, and again, no ranch was brought out with them. We also never received drink refills, despite trying to flag down our waitress multiple times. She walked past our table at least three times without even acknowledging us. The final bill was a complete surprise based on what we thought we ordered, and the overall experience just wasn’t worth it. Poor service, greasy food, and unexpected upcharges. We won’t be back. Honestly, you’re better off going to McDonald’s.

We love it here! Great restaurant at the mall to stop in during shopping. My boys love the robots that bring the food out. We had our little puppy with us so we ate outside so unfortunately the robots aren’t programmed to go outside so our sweet waitress, Tia, allowed us to go inside for the robots to bring us our shakes for dessert! This saved the kids from getting upset/disappointed and made it fun. I really appreciate when service helps out the parents when it comes to keeping things smooth! (One is neurodivergent) so appreciated their kindness and flexibility. Their shakes have become a tradition to get every time we come to Destin. Loaded up with different candies you can choose from. Food is great with a good variety. You can choose from different meats to make a burger and they have seafood too! Gluten free bun as well. My kids are talkers and Tia was so kind, patient, and fun with them and offered to take a group picture of us. She just told me the robot was coming so I could take a video of the kids getting shakes….what a wonderful time! So thoughtful like seriously appreciate that. We are leaving with full happy tummies and had such a great time!
