    The youngest staff female member that’s in the front with her phone. All the time is very rude and doesn’t really care if you’re waiting and and only a company people that she’s friends with to make time for them along with I think they overseas my fries when I went to go ask for another one they said I have to bring the old one back silly cause it was so salty. I think I got sick. My stomach was upset the whole day And I think I got a bit of diarrhea anyways I think the staff is lacking customer service and being rude to customers and having them wait long periods, it’s not professional at all. I just wanted to remake of my food or just a refund either way it would be better than having to deal with the rudeness of these individuals and young people working there

    How is wingstop still a thing? I loved them so much precovid, but ever since, I have not had a good experience. We had a coupon that stated their location and everything and they would not accept it. The staff were friendly but had little knowledge of the job. Had to request plates and more. The worker had to go in a back room for each item.

    I tried this place another time to give it a try. Everytime I go here they give food that isn’t fresh. Today I came and the fries were old. I asked them to make a fresh batch and they took the old fries and threw them back in the fry basket. It sucks cause I really love Wing Stop but after three times of ordering crap I won’t return to this one. Go the extra miles and go to the one in Pensacola. They are always on point!

    The food is good, but staff act almost like they couldn't care less. I tried to make a call in order. I said on the phone "I want to place a to-go order", and the girl simply said "in store or online", but the way she was saying it made it sound like a question, so I just said "in store?" because I wasn't sure what she meant. She just said "in store or online?" again, and again, the way she said it, it was posed as a question, not a statement, so I was still confused, and just said "in store" again, like I'm trying to make an order, not check on the status of an online order. This happened once more, and she just hung up on me! I called back, a little frustrated, and said "I was just on the phone with you trying to place an order", and she replied rudely "and I told you we can't take orders on the phone". I asked what she was talking about, and why even have a phone number listed if you can't take call in orders. She said their system is down right now (which makes no sense, why can you take in person orders but not type it in from the phone?). I was frustrated, and just mentioned that I not communicating properly was bad customer service, and got off the phone. Since I was a few minutes away, I just went into the restaurant to order in person, and the same girl walked up to the counter and just stared at me, not saying anything. I was waiting for some sort of greeting, or something... It was awkward silence for a full ten seconds before I said "I'm here to place an order...?" THEN, I had to pay almost $2 for a sauce! Is it too much to ask for a MODICUM of customer service these days? Like dang, my single meal cost $20, at LEAST give me the sauce...
