  Always ran well pretty great Wendy’s if you’re going to have fast food. Not all are equal but this one is nice

  I am writing to report an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful interaction my fiancé and I experienced with an employee working the night shift around 12:00 a.m. To help identify the individual, she spoke with a very noticeable accent and was clearly not originally from the United States. I am not mentioning physical appearance because that is unnecessary — what matters is her behavior. Her tone, attitude, and lack of basic customer service were unacceptable. In our 29 years, we have never encountered someone so rude in a customer-facing role. No business should have an employee representing them who speaks to customers in such a dismissive and disrespectful manner. It was absolutely ridiculous and left both of us shocked. I am taking the time to write this because this type of conduct should not be tolerated, and I would not want any other customers to be treated the way we were. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

  So, my family traveled from Bham Alabama to Miramar for Christmas on 12-23-25. Our schedule was altered bc of the rental property owners not sending the access code at scheduled & agreed time... Once we all got settled in, hunger struck. We made it to this very Wendy's at exactly 12:35a, with less than 30 mins to spare as they closed at 1a. The automated intercom (ROBOT) lady, announced they were closed, yet we pulled to the window & THIS CREW TOOK OUR ORDER HAPPILY, FREINDLY, RESPECTFULLY, & PROMPTLY WITH A SMILE & GREAT ATTITUDES. We ordered four, 4 for 4's, & a 10 pc nugget.. The food was FRESH, HOT, & they DID NOT forget a thing, down to the sauces. As we apologized for being last minute, they ALL kept telling us, "Yall are alright! There's nothing to apologize for. Yall are good!!" One lady, bc they were getting ready to close, took her jacket off & got back to work with a smile & we could tell they were exhausted, not by their attitude, which, again, were bubbly, but we ALL know at the end of ANY work shift, especially in fast food, you are BEAT. I meant to drop in before we left on the 27th but, well, life gets busy. So, I hope this reaches who it needs to so that particular graveyard crew receives their recognition for being SO professional. & I plan on calling the restaurant tomorrow to brag on them. I've already copied the number. I promise you, they were an EXCELLENT crew. Others places can learn from them. & I want to thank them. Thank you guys. Southern hospitality goes a long way with us & may you ALL be truly blessed.❤️

  Ordered in the restaurant while almost empty and still got a cold burger. Seems like that they are preparing them in advance.

  I eat here often lately due to an unfortunate situation and low funds. The staff is rude but I have seen an increase in how quickly they're getting orders out. I also eat frequently from a different location and somehow the quality in this food is much worse. The staff has no pride or dignity in the food they're serving people. In my opinion, Wendy's has great food but it can only be as great as the effort the staff puts into it. I'm here an hour past the time they're suppose to open. Mobile ordering active but not a car in the parking lot and lights are off. Wendys, maybe being more selective on who you're choosing to hire would help make things better for all of us.
