The overall atmosphere inside is quite dreary, and the customer service is completely lacking. I'd recommend to find another spot. I think Taco Bell corporate has gone too far with their attempts to automate everything.

I pull up at the intercom and I ordered a $5 deluxe box asked to modify the beefy burrito add rice AI said, âIâm sorry, but I donât understand. Is that everything for you?â So I go up to the window and told them to add rice and the guy at the window got assertive with me saying, âok next time if youâre going to add something, you need to say that through the intercomâ. I got angry and told them that AI doesnât know how to change or modify anything and he continued arguing with me about rice. Maybe REPLACE AI with actual costumer service so you wouldnât waste your time making an incorrect burrito that I didnât ask for
