  Waiting almost a hour on 2 burgers and a coney is absolutely insane! And let me go ahead and add that there was only 3 cars in drive thru and 2 cars in a stall. And we asked for extra cheese on the burgers paid for extra cheese but did not get extra. The carhop server had a complete attitude for absolutely no reason and it’s sad that the car that was beside us had to hit their button to ask how much longer on their food because that has also been waiting for awhile. Do better sonic.

  Went thru drive thru Tuesday March 3 for lunch. Took awhile but the problem was the lady charged our meal then when we had all the food, she said charge didn’t go through and charged us again. We realized the 2 nd charge was not the correct amount. We went in and the lady said she would delete the 2nd charge. She lied and it was not deleted. We will NOT be back.Will wonders never cease??? They made it goof 3 days later. Now we will be back. Thanks Sonic

  I ordered 3 meals and 2-1.99 burgers. I didn't get any straws with drinks, and didn't get one of the burgers from the meal. I notified them of it, she told the manager and he came out saying he needed to see my receipt for everything because he's had a lot of people claim they didn't receive theirs. Either he's not managing well or he just called me a liar without actually saying it. Everyone, check your food because they don't.

  I would give zero stars if I could. Stopped in for lunch while running errands. After at least 45 minutes of waiting they brought out half my food and no drinks. When asked where the rest was they tried to say that was all I ordered. I handed the food back and requested a refund. The manager couldn’t find my ticket because it was so old and told me to call corporate. I’ve called corporate twice and I’ve been told that refunds should be handled at the store level. I’m out $25 for nothing and we went down the road to eat somewhere else. No one at sonic cares and no one has reached out. Save yourself the time and money and go eat somewhere else. El Jalisco in the Destin Commons was amazing by the way

  I don’t share reviews on fast food usually but honestly the worst customer service experiences two times in a row. Both times we left without food because we couldn’t get waited on. First time we sat at a drive in spot for 15-20 min, they didn’t answer our button. A girl came out at one point to acknowledge us and said they were super busy at the drive through and “had to do the drive through first”. Second time was a couple minutes before closing last Sunday night. I saw the girl through the window throw her hands up in the air annoyed when we pulled up, she answered her headset and without even asking what I wanted, said, “it will be a 5 to 10 minute wait and then walked off” clearly hoping I would leave, which I did. Apparently there isn’t much training going on here with customer service. So, yeah. I done being a customer at this location.
