The Managers need to focus on training, ensuring equipment works, and communication with Staff to ensure issues are reported and dealt with promptly and properly. Today's issue was a waste of time. Destin, FL SONIC (1-5-26 @ 2:52pm drove up to stall and no service, left at 3:02pm) 🤔☹️⚠️
- BRBanana RamaJan 3, 20261.0If I could give it zero stars I would. I had a mobile order and arrived at the time if was supposed to be ready. Only to find out they gave my order to someone else. Then could not seem to get my order correct. I still ended up leaving and my order was still wrong. Food missing. If they teenage girls inside stopped playing around they might have gotten the orders correct. Plus it didn't help that the manager did not help them when they got busy. Ohh yeah I got a free medium drink coupon for having to wait over an hour for 5 corn dogs and a chili tater tots. I would not recommend going here at night.

- MMMatthewDec 27, 20251.0I placed an order through the app, I’m assuming the ice cream machine was cleaned and they did not want to use it. However, they gave my my receipt, said they could not make the ice cream and to call the number. I did not leave a big tip, but i tipped. And basically got 16 dollars stole from me. They said they could not process a refund, but they marked the order like they were bringing me my food. That leads me to thing it was something sketchy. Oh well, i just would think a restaurant in a tourist town would be a little more professional. This is why i eat at home.

When I checked in they started the order then and even when ready still hadn't brought it out after over 10 min. 20 min later I left with no food and hungry. This wasn't the first, second nor the third time this has happened, but it will be the last!
