Wilkins called me to request the gate code, but static on the phone made communication difficult. I advised him that I was not aware of a gate. The gate was already open and dark when I arrived. However, upon the driver's arrival, he became confrontational and displayed rude behavior while arguing with me about the gate. I asked him to leave the property three times before he finally did. After this incident, I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction and spoke with an individual who identified themselves as a manager, but they refused to provide their name and showed little concern for my experience. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
