  Kay was awesome around our to go order. She kindly prompted me for condiment need....which i hadn't thought of. She really pulled our order together so we had everything the kids wanted! Thanks Kay!

  i’ll preface by saying we came in during veterans day and it was insanely busy and my experience was that of a very hectic day and i don’t expect it to be perfect. we originally had come in during lunch but the wait was an hour and a half. so we decided to come to dinner and we got on the waitlist prior. when we got there, we were seated fairly quickly. we ordered two sirloin steaks and they were cooked to our desired temperature. the sweet potato was great too. our server was trying her best but we did ask for bread twice and never got it. overall, the service wasn’t the greatest but the food was great. this experience won’t deter me from coming again.

  I understand that they were very busy for Veterans Day, but once we were seated, the waiting game started. It took 30 minutes for a server to come to our table. He took our drink and food order, then we never saw him again. Servers started to stop and deliver food, but it was not our orders… when they finally brought out the right order, it was only for 2 of us and we had no utensils. We had no small plates for the blooming onion either. It was not until one of us started complaining that all of a sudden we were getting all of our food. (But it was obvious that was sitting for a bit.) But, he was so angry he left the restaurant and refused to come back in. A food runner named Darnell was amazing and took care of everything we needed. He went above and beyond to take care of us. Our actual server showed up to only give us our bills. I live in a military town and I understand how busy it can get in Veterans Day, and I have never had a server ignore us this badly. There really was no excuse…… Darnell is the only reason I am giving a star for service.

  My family and I went there Tuesday night I have to wear 24-hour oxygen they do not have a place for you to plug in anything like that that we're very rude about it acted like it was no big deal well I thought that every restaurant had to supply things like that just like ramps they have to supply those yeah I got those what about people like me I'm on oxygen that doesn't mean in my bad person I should be allowed to go into a restaurant and have a good time with my family I will never go back to outback

  Returned after not having been there in a while. The whole experience was spectacular. The manager, Diana, even can to us to talk and ask how every was and ended up having a fun short conversation. The server was very thoughtful and attentive. Food was cooked perfectly. Won't wait so long again before returning, especially if this staff is running the show!
