My first thought was $17 for a fancy shake was awful high. BUT - its big enough for 2 people to share and you get to keep the jar it comes in. And again, the people were awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍

We waited for over an hour for our food and when it came out it wasn’t cooked properly. We ended up being in the restaurant for almost two hours. I understand it was busy when we first got there but the amount of time it took to bring food out was ridiculous. The rush of people died down and there wasn’t any reason for our food to take so long.
Our waiter barely checked on us, didn’t give us refills. We sat there forever and when I asked for the check and a box. It took it took 5 minutes for a box then the waiter disappeared until the back and was on his phone in this middle room between the kitchen area. Again it was not super busy in the restaurant. It was 15-20 minutes later and still no check so we had to ask for another waiter for our check. They offered a discount for being locals which ended up still being expensive for the service provided. We unfortunately will not be back to this location.

My biggest disappointment with this establishment is that we were charged an automatic gratuity for parties of six or more when our party consisted of only five people—myself, my husband, our two children, and a baby.
I brought this to the attention of our server, Cris, who acted as though the issue was corrected, but it ultimately was not. Because of this lack of transparency, I did not leave an additional tip. I would have gladly done so if I had felt confident the situation was handled appropriately.
Our order was placed on 12/23/25 around 7:15 p.m., as we were told they were staying open late for the holidays. Unfortunately, this experience left such a bad impression that I wish we had chosen to dine elsewhere. I will be posting receipts to show what we were charged.

I wouldn't even give it a star this time. Last year came in with husband thought place x was nice came back this year brought daughter and her boyfriend worst night ever spent over 100. There for the food to be overcooked and undercooked didn't get a good server he brought pur stuff to us and never saw him again at our table had to go find him to get ticket. Daughter was asked what dipping sauce for chicken she said ranch when he came and dropped food off she said it again. Then he said he would get it there was a long table with a few people that had the remote to the TV if it is owner or special guest I don't care we came and expected to get service it is pretty bad one of the people from said table took our plates off of our table didn't say anything. Then my husband made me give him a little over 12.00 tip for nothing he did absolutely nothing for us didn't even ask us if we needed refills. We will not be going to this restaurant ever again since we go there every year nope not happening very upset customer here what a waste of money. And said table turn tv up so loudly didn't asked if it would be ok we couldn't e c en enjoy talking to each other.
