  We use to visit Bonefish in Panama city. Ir was one of our favorite restaurants. This one should be closed! We saw our waiter 4 times and they weren't busy at all. He came once to bring us our drinks after 30 minutes of waiting and they were wrong. Then another 10 minutes we got our drinks and bread and we placed our order. Then he brought our food, and it was disgusting! My wife gets fish tacos and I always get the Fontina chop. We couldn't eat it. Then we had to get another waiter to get our original server to bring our check so we could leave. Definitely will never be back to this location!

  Amazingly delicious! Wyatt was our server and made the night very special and memorable! The food was great and perfectly cooked and seasoned. Tina checked in with us and made us feel seen, talking with us and making sure our experience was flawless. Definitely will be back on date night because it was great and hit the spot. Special shoutout to Lonny and Ryan for making us feel special. Whole restaurant feels like family! Highly highly recommended!

  This was our first time at Bonefish Grill in Destin, FL. Our server, Alex, had a great personality and was polite, professional and knew the menu inside out. The food was excellent and we plan on going back there again before we fly out. Thanks for making our experience great, Alex.

  Usually service is impeccable but tonight was terrible. Waitress forgot to put our order in so we waited 15 or 20 minutes before she realized this. Took our order a second time and she said our Bread would be right out. Wrong. The appetizer finally came and we asked the food runner could we please have some bread which he immediately brought. We had to wait again for the rest of our food. At least a 10 or 15 minute AFTER we had finished the appetizer. I sat my empty water at the edge of the table as a cue but she didn't pick up on that. I asked for our check and a to go box and had to wait another 15 minutes or so and finally the food runner came by and he brought me the box. When we finally got the check she disappeared and left me with a pen that was out of ink and she disappeared. I ended up taking the check to the hostess stand and asked if they had a pen i could use. Bonefish usually has the best service in the industry but not tonight thanks to Cheyenne.
