  Kat gets 22 stars and needs an on the spot award yesterday. Put a camera on her and let her make ads for Dunkin. Guaranteed 50 percent increase in customer traffic. Also, bring back the vanilla cream filled, WITHOUT chocolate on top! Put Kat on it!

  I’m posting this to help corporate fix their recipes, not to be mean toward this specific shop, although this experience here was terrible. The matcha latte tasted like plastic with every sip, not good at all. I also said light ice and the whole thing was filled with ice. I ordered the bacon snack and I didn’t realize they put cinnamon sugar on the bacon… they managed to ruin bacon. I thought that was impossible lol. Waste of money, I didn’t drink or eat what I got it was bad.

  The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. After 25 minutes I had to request a refund because I did not get an iced coffee and a doughnut. It was packed and no one was being served. There were five employees working and two stood around and did absolutely nothing the entire time every single person in that Dunkin’ Donuts waited a minimum of a half hour if not more for something as simple as a coffee.
