  Business seems like a great and fun place to enjoy a meal. I ordered my meal online (ribs and fries) and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I got to the restaurant after the timeframe and no one greeted me for about 5 minutes as I stood by the bar table to pick up my order. When an employee finally spoke with me and I told them about my order. She proceeded to go in the back and check on my order and came back a few minutes later. She told me that my food is almost done. I wanted for an additional 35 minutes and ask about my order. The employee went to check on my order again and came back and told me that they were boxing it up right now. I waited about another 20 minutes and someone finally brought me my order. After I got back to my room and started checking my food. My ribs were hard and seemed to be not cooked at all. I couldn’t even rip a bone from the rib. That rib was not edible and went straight in the trash. That was my first and last time eating at that restaurant. If I could rate their food, I would’ve given the food no stars. Maybe it was my fault buying ribs at a seafood restaurant.

  I had a reservation for 4 at 6:30, when I got there they told me to wait for a text notification. I didn’t get in until 7:10, and several people were sat before me, none of which had a reservation, and none of which had a hungry six year old with them. I had to ask multiple times to be sat and they just kept saying “they’re preparing your table”. Genuinely why have a reservation option if I’m just going to have to wait longer than the walk-ins?? When my food came they forgot the dressing for my salad, I waited for a server to come by but no one did until the rest of my family had finished eating. So I ended up getting my dressing and eating while my whole family watched and waited on me. This is my first time going to Bubba Gump and I’m sure it’s just the management at this one, but I’ll probably never go to another because this experience was just awful. I feel like a Karen leaving a long review but seriously this sucked and I’m mad about it.

  Nick, our server was great! Very knowledgeable with our questions, very attentive and checked with us frequently, Our order was taken quickly by Nick and put in promptly. It was the least time of all our stops which is great with a toddler traveling with us!

  We were visiting all the way from Boston and the first time there we had an amazing experience with the food and the service but the second time it was not so good since the waiter made a mistake when putting the order in and seemed to be super mad at us instead of realizing it was her mistake since we ordered the right thing and we could see her being very upset and showing it to her coworkers through the glass next to our table. Unprofessional!

  The food was fantastic, naturally. However, what really made it great was the atmosphere and customer service we were met with. There was absolutely no one else seated outside, but Chris still took us on in an outdoor seating area and checked on us more than regularly, all while working the bar aswell! He let us move chairs around to make a perimeter that our little girl with autism could run around and play in and just overall treated us with major hospitality and kindness. If we ever go back we hope to run into him because he is an absolute A-1 hire!
