I ordered almost 30 dollars in food, and only received two sandwiches, and when attempts were made to contact the store or try to get the situation rectified, no one answered or was willing to speak to me. Today marks the third time this happened, the lack of care is crazy

The lady working the drive-through today should run our country! I think her name was Mrs. Jae? I could be wrong about that, but that lady means business! Super polite too.
My wife and I came on vacation and this was the first food stop we made, hungry and tired from a 14 hr drive from Texas we at first were a bit disappointed to see they were under staffed with 1 manager and only 1 new hire working everything....
Starving and tired we opted to stay and see this through as we hadn't eaten Arby's in a few years.
That is when we got to experience one of the greatest test in management, coping skills and customer service. Instead of throwing in the towel closing the store down or even taking misdirected anger out on the customers, we watched Jen (the manager) calmly yet still cheerfully welcome every person who came in and methodically direct her one sole other co worker a new hire at that, ensuring that although it took a bit more time every customer was taken care of and every order was made right.
Although some people might think big deal that's her job, that is a big misconception it should be no one persons job to maintain calmness order and good service while under paid and under staffed. Sorry not in job description nor part of manager training.
Remember covid nobody wanted to work for any amount of pay.
Arby's Jen saved your ass in regards to that moment we watched and did it gracefully while im sure not getting anything close to the rate of pay for someone to deal with insubordination of those with true authority and means to fund appropriate training as well as to ensure management has appropriate team members number wise to fully function.
Jen is someone's daughter, maybe someone's mother and or significant other she deserves not only recognition for keeping the brand integrity intact while being failed by the appropriate means of the brand to run...As many women have/still do, stay strong and do the hard work that not only are they not compensated enough for but aren't even recognized for either, yet still she was there for Arby's 10 toes down when apparently even Arby's jumped ship.
Give Jen a rest off her feet put her in H.R. training management under her and those to come how to handle adversity when it all looks bleak with just 1 new hire aboard.
If it hadn't been for Jens unwavering work ethic and tenacity, we would probably never come back to Arby's period and just stick with Schlotzsky's your arch nemesis in Austin Texas where we are from as Arby's has been fallen off.
She saved the reputation and our food came out great for what it's worth.
It would be nice to see Jen and that young man there that day praised, raised and honored for true dedication...
If people could be that dedicated to their kids significant others neighbors brothers and sister's ; there would be more faith in humanity...
#let'sseewhatarbyscorpratedoestorestorefaith. #Jenforprez...at least of Arby's....

Fyi: we went back the next day because underdogs are what build a country and maintain it while never asking for nor accepting credit...and the appreciation for hard work and chasing a dream despite the outnumbered outlook...Our visit back was wonderful.. Because Jen exists... Be a Jen in a word full of trumps...We will visit Arby's each returning yr in respect of the good service and hard work...
#Arby'sJengotucustomersforlifewhenwe'reintown....raise the bar for her in praise and appreciation as she did for your dying company...#realtalk
@Arby's owner....
$33.4 billion dollars in global sales for 2025...we apparently were heavily "Inspired!!" by the dedication and drive...we will check in to ensure "no good deed goes unnoticed.!"
And as far as decline in sales service etc that Arby's after closing 2800 stores has experienced, a business "tip" to fall on deaf ears is the moment you prove dedication, ingenuity and good leadership is expendable and not an assest, is the moment you close 2800 stores chasing what you refused to pay accordingly.
Please take heed to the shear strength it takes to stay with a sinking ship as all true captains would do in honor...I assume good Captains are honored especially in this town...dont prove me wrong Destin Florida,

Walked in the restaurant for dine in at dinner, gave our order, we were the only ones in there. The guy that took our order was not very approachable. The staff had loud rap music playing in the back that included foul language as well as the staff dropping F bombs, singing and dancing. Terrible experience..food was okay though.
