- DNDeez Nuutz1 day ago1.0First of all the little black girl at the window wouldn’t take my $5 bill because it was ripped and taped back together. Then I got a six dollar biggie bag meal and when I got my food, it was cold in the small fry had maybe eight fries in the whole box absolute garbage and terrible customer service do not eat here.

- BRBrandon RodriguezApr 1, 20265.0My order was missed interpreted by the AI machine and I got shorted a 4 piece and a crispy chicken, i drove back and re ordered and was willing to most for it , but the manager Sarina definitely showed great customer service and fixed the issue immediately and showed great leadership, she’s definitely a great asset to your company an should he praised for her great customer service , it’s rare to find that now a days. Thank you so much

We told the girl that came out that something must be wrong with the machine and she told us we could just go inside and fill them ourselves in the lobby machine. (?) This has been an issue for a long time. There was no one there in line, but the fries were dry and old. Guess we won't be coming back. Hate to throw out 4 large drinks that we paid for - but no offer was made to fix it - just that we could try to fix it ourselves.
