  Drive through worker had a nasty attitude, which is very poor customer service and leaves a bad reputation for the business. As an employee working frontline, you should be kind. Especially to the customers who show kindness. People work hard for their money and in return get poor customer service. Very distasteful.

  Very unhappy with service and feeling Im being charged for the things that have always been free with the meal. Came to order breakfast and when I got to the Winslow I asked for sauces Ive always gotten free she told me I have to pay for them. 50 cents each and si.ply walked away from me with no time to answer if I wanted the saucers or not. When the next lady came up I did them but them but it urks me I have to pay for condiments that have always been free and should be that way with the meal we pay enough for these meals but then to have your disrespectful staff act the way that they did was just appalling and I will not be back

  Ordered a Wendy's double meal and 2 biggy bags and got mayonnaise sandwiches Train your cooks how to make a quality burger. It's not that hard to get it done rite. The cook who made my order must like extra mayo. Horrible food.change your fry oil.it stinks

  Wow. Food was disappointing. The baked potato was hard and dry, the tenders tasted like oil and were hard and dark, not like iother establishments. The machine at the drive thru didn't understand the nugget were a combo so it added an additional one. When I arrived at the window I let the rep know I needed to make corrections and she immediately seemed bothered by it. I added a salad at window and it seemed to be an issue as well. I asked for Sweet Chilli for the tenders and the lady at the window asked me to move fwd. I asked again for the sauce and I was asked to move fwd again. When I got the rest of the order it was missing the sauces I asked for at the window. The sweet chilli and bbq. I went in and when I asked for the sauces it seemed like the employee had to ask for permission to givee the sauces. I also asked but butter since we asked for an baked potato upgraded with cheese and bacon and it barely had any cheese. It was dried. Someone who seemed to be the manager at the moment toldbme "I need to pay for it now". I have no idea what she ment with that but she kept asking me to leave with her hands. This was our first visit to this location and most definitely will be the last one.
