  Almost $100 order and the food is not fresh, burnt and part of the order was incorrect. How difficult is it to read a screen? How does basic quesodilla have more in it than a quesodilla woth added meat and cheese? Clearly management here needs to be replaced or restrained. I would encourage somebody from manage to reach out.

  I am very disappointed 😞. I found no seats inside or outside. This is more of a drive-through and eat-as-you-go place. I would love to see seating to stay and eat, instead of eating in my car and leaving. You could have done something outside for seating, like Checker's and Sonic 😓. Coming to this location and not having any seats is a letdown 😑.

  The service was horrible. The employees are so nasty and rude. We asked to talk to a manager and they said there was no manager on duty. I said, that's bull. You have to have a manager. They said no that they didn't have one. We ordered on the app and the app screwed app the order. We told them when we went in, and they said that wasn't our problem. It was through the app. You have to do it that way to get a refund. We ended up ordering it again, and it ended up that we spent almost $50, and we're still trying to get a refund. But the place doesn't open and until Monday. And I have called multiple times trying to talk to a manager. And nobody will pick up the phone. I just went there again to ask to talk to a manager. And they said there was no manager there that I could speak to. This is complete. Bull I would never go back there again. The next thing is, I am going to the corporate office to complain.They need to do something with this store

  It’s so bad. I live close by so I come here when in the mood for some Taco Bell. Every single time I have left feeling more disgusted and let down. No food is safe here except maybe the nacho fries but you literally cannot mess up nacho fries. Nothing is good and the girls are nice but not in a food service nice. Like bad at orders and bad at food prep. Cold food and you can taste the disgusting grease they use to make their food and how they haven’t changed it. Go to Elkcam I regret going to this one.

  Too bad 0 stars is not an option. I’ve never received such a combination of horrible service, horrible food and overall horrible experience. I placed an order around 4:00 for a pick up time at 7:30 for when I get out of work. At 4:30 I received a message on my TB app indicating that my “order is ready for pick up” (???). While I was still working, I called this location and I had to call 4 times until someone finally picked up. The person I spoke to assured me that my order was not yet prepared and that it would be ready when I came to pick it up at 7:30. I arrive at 7:30… my order is not ready. I was told they “prepared my food at 4:30 and since no one came to pick it up, they threw it away!” (???) I said that’s not what you told me when I called earlier. I was told their ticket showed 4:30 when my app order clearly showed 7:30. The employee rudely said I’m making you a fresh order right now, it’ll be ready shortly. The whole purpose of how I placed my order was to have it ready for pick up when I got there. My wife asked if we could get some kind of credit for the error on their part and inconvenience, we were told “you’re getting a fresh order so no.” Our Mexican pizza tasted burnt and old/stale, our burritos were cold… so much for our “fresh order”. (tasted like they gave us the original 4:30 order instead!) I wouldn’t go back to this horror show of a restaurant if I was starving. Avoid this place, go to the Enterprise or Elkcam locations instead… it’ll be worth the longer drive.
