    The last few times I've ordered from here the closing lady always seems to have an attitude. After the 3rd or 4th time having her make my sub, I've decided to not come back to this location. She needs to fix her attitude or be let go. She doesn't know customer service whatsoever.

    Dear Subway Customer Service, I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at one of your locations. During my visit, I witnessed an employee treating an elderly woman in a very disrespectful and impatient manner. The employee showed no tolerance or kindness and appeared visibly annoyed while assisting her. Additionally, the same employee was giving customers unfriendly looks and seemed unwilling to prepare orders as requested. Instead of providing normal customer service, she acted as though she did not want to serve customers properly. The overall attitude was unprofessional and disappointing. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming, especially toward elderly customers who deserve patience and understanding. This experience does not reflect the standards I would expect from Subway. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. The name of the employee is Denise Subway inside WalMart

    The worker don’t wash there hands and they got roaches everywhere and I ask for light sauce on my sub and they put wayyyyy to much of the wrong stuff NEVER I MEAN NEVER go to this subway everything about it sucks

    I love their Steak & Cheese Sandwich! It's clean, they have plenty of tables and I never have to make a big line.
