- TWT WardNov 15, 20251.0My 2nd visit here. Each time no one greets you when you walk in. They just look at you then continue what they were doing until they decide to come over to assist you. They only ask "Are you picking up"? Then they hand you your order and say nothing else. Terrible customer service and mediocre pizza at best.

The staff is friendly but doesn't always greet you upon entry. And I find it odd that none of the Papa John's ever have music playing. I don't think I've ever been in a restaurant where there's no music of some kind playing. And I will have to say I did not see anybody eating ingredients from the production line like I did at the other one.
