  Ordered on the app and they got everything wrong. Ordered a 6pc meal, a 6pc Happy Meal, and a double cheeseburger. Got 4 pc, and a single cheeseburger. I went through the McD feedback and a manager from this location called and apologized. I asked for a refund and was told they had to get permission and would call me back. That was last week. I'm just going to do a charge back and never go to this location again. Reading through the reviews, I never thought I would have to pre-screen a McD location, but here we are. Edit: I already contacted you and a manager already called me. Exactly like I already started in my review that they didn't read.

  The employees were very pleasant however even after quadruple checking that I got 4 cheeseburgers, esp after only seeing 2 on the order board, I still had to add 2 at the window. Then, they stuffed all my food into a bag that was way too small and it immediately ripped and fries exploded everywhere. She gave me a new bag but didn’t replace the fries and then I was handed ONE napkin! It was so laughable, couldn’t even ask for more….it was literally like an SNL skit! ONE napkin for 4 cheeseburgers, a Big Mac, fries and an apple pie. The worst part was when I got home and opened the apple pie box, it looked as if someone had taken a big bite out of it. It fell apart and was a mess. Threw it away & couldn’t eat which was a bummer.

  Using the app is pointless, still get parked for 5+ minutes. Using the drive through is pointless. Still get parked for 5+ minutes. They tend to forget about you, too. I’ve had to walk in after 5+ minutes to just grab my meal because they forget they parked someone. They really need to do better, maybe keep a shift lead or manager on during morning rush to help stay on top of things.

  First McDonald’s that had the kiosk print off my receipt. Staff were attentive and polite. Food was fast. Coke tasted slightly off and fries could have been crispier. Will be back while I visit. Inside was clean and good condition.
