- GGGrimm GS1 day ago1.0The staff at this location are terrible at their jobs. Every time I come down here, my order is messed up in some major way. The last time, I ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese and guess what, it had cheese on it. I didn't realize this until I got home. I was fed up because this is the third time they've messed up my order so I drove all the way back and asked that they remake my food and comp my meal because I had to waste a half hour of my time coming down here to get my food remade when it should have been made right the first time. Manager told me they would remake the food but would not refund me. "Thats now how they do things here." I'll never eat here again after this.

I understand you hate your job but prolonging time only makes it harder on yourself. It’s dumb. Don’t think I’ll come back to this one anymore since it’s been going on for the last few times. And they used to be quicker than that.

It's not the first time they got my order wrong for the coffee and I had to pull up to 2nd window both times. Highly recommend not going to this location, instead go to the one on howland and elkcam
- YYYayaOct 30, 20251.0Worst location the one on Deltona is better. I ordered a spicy Mc crispy deluxe combo and when I got my food, it was cold. The sandwich had no lettuce. They gave me the wrong drink and my medium fry was half filled and cold. Also no straw because who needs straws. $20 plus tip for my driver wasted.
