I was simply trying to use my app, waiting for reception so I could redeem my points, and she became impatient, slammed the PIN pad, and walked away saying, “I’m not waiting, you’re taking too long.” As a business manager myself, I would never treat my customers this way. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning. Very sad to see this level of service.
