I set up my rewards on one and it never would go through and didn’t give me my points after spending a lot for a party. They were like idk and didn’t even try to help because I did it right in front of them. Their app sucks too. BUT dominoes has been so nice and easy to order online. Delivery is fast and believe or not the delivery driver left my extra sauces in the car and I’m like dang three times in a row! With 3 different restaurants lol I left it alone and didn’t even call to complain, I dont do that, I WILL let people know when things are good. So the guy realized it on the delivery after mine and he came back to my house just to bring the sauces to me. I just ordered again today and everything was perfect and reasonably priced. And so yummy! My husbands picky and he loves it too so win win

I don’t care if you were to ask for a picture to verify incorrect food but she didn’t do that. I was told they’ll give me the correct item “as long as I give back the parm bites” What is this? A hostage situation. How ridiculously rude to treat customers like liars when you’re the one that made the mistake. I just wanted the correct food.
